Low stress companies in Seattle that sponsor visas?
Looking for an SDE role at a company with good WLB, benefits, visa sponsorship and no URA targets like Amazon. Pay is not so much of an issue. Here are the ones I currently have in mind - 1) Microsoft 2) Expedia 3) Groupon ... What else? Please help me create this list. TC: 230k YOE: 6
Microsoft WLB depends a lot on team, just be aware
Was gonna say this. Expedia too, 80% does nothing, 20% pulls double duty. Especially if you’re more senior, expect 7 am calls with India and 2am calls with Eastern Europe at Expedia. They do follow the sun model , only worse, in most teams

Not sure about visa sponsorship but T-Mobile is a good bet if you’re looking for a good WLB. You won’t get the FAANG prestige and pay of course.
