Any of you folks living in luxury apartments in Seattle? What is your rent and TC? 1bd / 2bd? Which area? Would be great if you’d like to show off your view with a quick click!
3.5k for a 1bed but my view is sick and I have 20 x 30 ft wall of it overlooking the space needle

+1. An in-law and her family rent a place there. The apartments are gorgeous and well-appointed. I’ll take Bellevue over most of Seattle any day. Seattle is breaking my heart; it used to be such a clean city...it’s become a pit of garbage and filth in most areas.
Used to live there. The first year rent was surprisingly cheaper than nearby non-luxury places, but they raise rent 10-30% every year.
I live in a 1.2 mil condo with good views. But thanks to my aggressive principal payments ... I pay roughly 1800 per month (including taxes and HOA).
2 bedroom + den - 1400 SQ foot so decent size also
That’s great! What made you go for a condo instead of a townhome / SFH? Asking as most people tend to go for SFH which I personally find unattractive due to commute time and living outside the city. Also, TC?
1bhk, 780 sft, downtown seattle, 2700 per month all in. Great views of the snoqualmie range and mt baker. Mid 20s floor. Decent amenities, high end finishes in the apartment, great rooftop and concierge services. Total household income, 280k
$2560 for a 2 bed in Capitol Hill, so $1280 per person. TC 155K. In Seattle the drop in rent from 1BR to 2BR is significant, so I’d recommend looking for a roommate on Seattle roommates fb group. Ik it’s not always optimal but there’s some chill people on there who probably have similar interests as you and work in tech. I’m saving a shit ton of money for an awesome place. And my view is unreal😏
