Most people would rank luxury cars over economy cars. There's a huge difference in price too. For example, BMW is almost twice the cost of a Toyota. I have driven various cars so far (all used cars, in time order): - Audi A6 for 2 years - Honda civic for 2 years - Volkswagen GTI for 5 years - BMW 330 for 1 year - Subaru Forester for 1 year I honestly don't feel that much a difference between driving them, especially compared to their price difference. Some people will argue that cars are status symbols. I used to drive A6 in college but didn't have much success in getting girls. I switched to honda civic and got better girls much more often. Then I drove a GTI for many years. I heard BMW are ultimate driving machine so I switched from GTI to 330. Biggest mistake! 330 is nowhere close to GTI, and it broke every month. I sold that shit and got a Forester. My god! I love the Forester more than any previous car in every aspect. It's comfortable, handles great, has huge windows to enjoy scenery. I also got to find a new girlfriend who is truly beautiful and smart (much more than me). In conclusion, I would rank Forester over GTI over civic over A6 over 330. As you can see, the experience has nothing to do with brand name and price. Now I think luxury cars are only selling their logo and scamming buyers. Am I wrong? If you don't agree, what do you find in luxury cars that make them superior? TC 300k or GTFO
This video is sponsored by Subaru, let’s go places.
You're huffing the laptop's hot air OP. There's a big freaking difference from how a Civic handles to how a BMW 3 series handles. I've had both of them!
They handle different but BMW isn't obviously superior. Also I'm not into making shape turns at 60mph.
I also can’t tell a difference between all these cars, I just keep them parked in my garage at all times /s Big difference between a beamer experience and Hondas imo but you are obviously entitled to your opinion
You picked the most boring luxury cars you could. If you're not really interested in cars then I agree they're not for you; don't waste money on things you don't care about - cars or otherwise.
These models are just to prove OPs specific point. Of course a6 can’t be much better or even equal to gti. But you’d call audi luxurious. Cars are a possessions not just a vehicle. OP hasn’t really felt that connection yet.
A6 costs 2 GTIs, and it's not much better if better at all. That's my point.
All cars are a scam
All material possessions are scams
@Microsoft.. Not my $6000 Nissan Altima which has every heated feature a car needs to have. It just works ✌️
Sorry but none of these are luxury in any way. Even the Audi/BMW models you mentioned are bare minimum unless you’re at the top end of the trim.
You are getting old. So a comfortable subaru ranks at the top.
Word.
For me it's more comfortable and handles better. Loving my benz
Now go get a Porsche
Always get a car used, always
Unless it's a Tesla?
This is not always true, especially in this squeezed used car market. I bought a new Forester 6 months into the pandemic at less than used ones were going for with 0% interest. Now my car is worth 5k more than I paid for it with the chip shortage going on.
None of these cars are luxury. Just saying.
A6 and BMW 330?
90% of the time I see a reckless driver it’s a bmw. Wannabe luxury brand for people who can’t afford real luxury
