Cleared the interviews and then was negotiating numbers in the mean time recruiter, - decreased number of RSUs because stock price increased due to another of financing -Now, saying role changed, manager changed and asking to face another round of interviews... Ridiculous... anyone else faced this ?
What is the RSU price according to them? Did they do a round this month or something?
Very unprofessional tells you about the honor and words of the company. If the another round of interview is just a discussion with new hiring manager then go 4 it. If not keep interviewing other places
Put yourself in that managers' shoes, would you hire someone you didn't interview?
