Two weeks ago I had my onsite virtual interview for a FE position, from the 5 interviews I would say that 4 of them went good, in the other one I would say that I had some opportunities to do it better. Last week a recluiter contacted me, and they told me that in general my feedback was good, unless one interview that the interviewer qualified me as "an opportunity area". They said that my application status is in "standby", do you know what does this mean? Someone else who has been through something similar? Thanks! #tech #lyft #lyfthiring #lyftinterview
Usually, when you're on standby, it means there is a more qualified candidate, and in case the falls through or if something new opens up, they will contact you. Significantly better than just being declined/rejected.
Did they give you a take home assignment?
