I suppose new grads are hired as t3 ? Btw at that time each stock might have been around 26$ something so not an exact comparison

Ask for 11k RSUs. Mention the fact that Lyft doesn't give refreshers.
No signing bonus. I am expecting other competing offers this week.
If you get a competing offer, you can definitely negotiate a bit more.
