Lyft or Microsoft
I have pm internships for both Microsoft and Lyft Lyft would be the level 5 team What would you choose and why?
Lyft. PM internships at Microsoft can be weird depending on the team. I had several friends complain their pm internship wasn't technical enough for them. Lyft also pay their interns crazy well when converting them to full-time.
MS
Why ?
I have not worked at either place but from friends heard good things about MS compare to Lyft. Autonomous companies are hit or miss as downsize may come anytime (example Uber fired 400 people recently). MS may have little bigger name on resume (mainly outside Bay Area).
Lyft l5 of course
Opportunity to learn about self driving car
I've been at both. I'd take Lyft for the $$
MS because I would want to work at a large and steady company after internship
