Lyft should treat this as an emergency
Lyft makes it nearly impossible to report a driver using another driver's Lyft account. I couldn't report it because I didn't get in the car with the man who was using a woman's Lyft account. Lyft only gives the option to make a complaint about someone you've ridden with. Not everyone remembers to check that the person picking you up is the one in the photo. They need a way to report a driver that doesn't match the account, instead of cancelling the ride, to prevent that person from continuing to pick up people. It should be able to be flagged immediately! The only option I had was to cancel the ride and be charged $5.
People call cars for other people all the time.

2 things - this is clearly fraud. You did the right thing by canceling the ride.!there is a way you can complain to customer sorry. Search in app and they will refund $5 and also they should cancel other driver’s permit. Explain them clearly that the photos did not match in your complaint
Wait why? These people aren't hurting anyone but Lyft. They are probably trying to rack up points or something but that's none of my business. IDGAF if my driver is Hispanic or Arab, male or female, straight-edge or delinquent and you shouldn't either.

A male driver arrived to pick OP up when it was a female driver in the photo. So the OP wants to be able to report the driver who is using someone else’s account to take rides.
Yeah. Sorry. I'm a little shaken up. The guy was a lot bigger than me, and me being a female, I felt very unsafe.
