Which one would be the best place to buy a house? Budget is $600-700k. I’m single and planning to buy a house early next year. Any suggestions upon where to start? Currently just checking Redfin

Neither. Lynnwood = Lynnhood. And Bothell is packed. If you’re single and want to live in a suburb, agreed with Kirkland or maybe Bellevue if you can swing it.

Kirkland or Bellevue or even buy a condo in Seattle, mainly because u are single. If u don't have much social life and want a laid back area, Lynnwood is fine
