M3 vs M4 role in Oracle

Hi! Working as SEM and been top performer for last 2 years with continuous good ratings . Recently my friend informed me about one good M4 role in Oracle which he thinks matches the job what I currently do. HR from Oracle called and started discussing about M3 role which is very junior role compared to what i am doing. The salary is also just 5k more than what i am currently getting.
