Think AWS but just 10 years behind in everything. Their LPs are similar ..they have a Bar Tender in loops …OCI’s SVP is a former PE from AWS.

Work here… RUN join anything but networking… Clueless pms who became sdms and all they do is track statuses… there are multiple daily stand ups for your manager and all that pressure comes down to you… At oci the ux ui you use is jira… Any change you want to make takes 5 levels of approvals Peer Senior peer L1 manager L2 manager L3 manager It takes 2 days to make changes but 2 months to get it deployed… You have been warned… Waiting to get out of here ASAP.. but market kids shit

Not just looks, it is very toxic. Everyone is doing on the job learning. TPM’s are engineering managers, you can only imagine how good the engineering culture is.
