MDR/BDR Manager at Docusign? Any thoughts?

Hi!, I'm currently being headhunted to manage the market development rep team at Docusign. I'm wondering if anyone has some internal scoop on the company or role. It seems like they are growing like crazy, so far GlassDoor checks out. Just trying to see if there's something I ought to find/read between the lines. I'm happy where I'm at right now, but this could be a good opportunity at a pre-IPO, late stage startup.

What would you like to know specifically and what territory would you manage

I'm an AM at DocuSign, and I really like it. Company is growing like crazy and they are really hunting good people down to join the team. Benefits are really good as well

I'm an AM at Docusign and have been for a long time. It's a great company growing extremely fast. MDR team is fantastic but under valued. They are young and hungry but nobody looks at if like a long term position so you are dealing with young eager employees looking to find ways to get promoted. This is a great thing and a challenge. It's a great company and the people are the best part. Just be prepared to mentor and lose your best people and then start all over again.

Honestly depends on what vertical you would manage and if the base pay is competitive. DocuSign is known for not being very competitive compensation wise, though benefits are amazing. Only team I would manage is Financial Services because they crush their numbers. Possibly Health Care. Anything else, I would be out.
