Looks like the base can be 170k according to online h1b salary info. That’s all I could find though.

Does Skydio give options or RSUs?

They're pre-IPO so they can't give RSUs. They do ISO options.

Thanks but late stages startups do give RSUs. Lyft gave me RSUs before IPO in 2019. If it had given me options , the options would have been under water most of 2020.
