Hello, My company is applying my i140 thru EB2 NIW. Will EB2 NIW help me fasten my greencard process ? Note: I m not working for WM anymore. #greencard Thank you.

not sure. But don’t know why you wanna do it with employer. the whole beauty of EB2-NIW is that its independent of your employer. unless you want them to cover the lawyer fees and all then thats a separate story
