I used to drink no coffee, but now that I look back, I may drink 4 to 5 cans of Coca-Cola per each work day. (so I did get the caffeine, but the extra sugar is bad for you). Somebody in my family was drinking 4 to 5 cups of coffee per work day (16 oz size). And now me too. I may drink 5 cups of 16 oz coffee per day if I am working and just feeling tired at 11am, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, and 4pm. But coffee, really, is to inject some chemicals into our body, so that the signals that tell our body, "you should rest", will get blocked, and not received by our body. So then we ignore this signal and keep on "working" and "looking sharp". It really is some sort of zombie chemicals if you look at it that way. But I saw someone, being a new program manager, just say, "coffee and work make it a productive day" on their company blog, sort of to kiss up the management. What do you think?
Have you tried getting more/better quality sleep?
that's because I need "my own time", so after working from 10am to 6pm, and then 8 to 10pm, I need my time, so I may watch YouTube or movie or the web till 1am or 2am or 3am, and then I feel tired the next day
You might have some underlying condition or disease if you’re feeling that tired all the time
Having so much caffeine is sure to make some undesirable changes in OPs body. They should consider lowering their caffeine intake with professional help.
well... I do know people who drink multiple cups of coffee per day. For example, two latte per day is like 4 cups already... what do you think why Starbucks has such good business and the stock going up and up?
Green tea gang
I used to drink bottled tea like it is water. Recently I saw on YouTube, the bottled tea use tea essence to make the tea and it hurts your kidney system day by day. (so some people had to do kidney dialysis)
I meant home brewed green tea lol.
