SAP Folks, I am new to the company. I have two questions: 1) How much do we get per year for Grow Sap initiative? Any past numbers? 2) Do you suggest Own SAP? Getting 40% extra on 10% of the paycheck sounds amazing! But I guess nothing is for free. Whats the catch?
how come sap doesn't talk about rsu in the offer😂
1.) I think last year it was something like $1.8k. 2023 will be the last year Grow SAP exists, so don't count on it going forward. 2.) It's free money. Only idiots don't participate.
For Own SAP: catch, if you'd want to call it that, is the hassle. Sell directly with Equate and get hit with wire transfer fees plus currency conversion if moving to US bank? Transferring to US broker and having to deal with whole another set of issues? Most of the people choose simplicity and just accept the fees.
That's why SAP gives you the $20 administration fee with each purchase of shares. Bottom line, it's a great program...as long as the stock doesn't drop more than about 30%, you're breaking even. This year is hurting though.
What happens if you reject a Grow SAP reward? Is there a cash option?
If you reject it, you get nothing
If ur an American transfer to vanguard for free n pay $50 for every block you sell. I mark the cost basis n estimate how much to give to Uncle Sam so obv I don’t ever fudge the gains.
I’m guessing by American you meant if I am based out of US. If so then yes. Rest, I didn’t understand a word you just said😅 Can you simplify? Thank you 🙏🏻😊
No catch. Definitely go for Own SAP. Selll immediately if you don't keep tabs on the Market. Iirc, Grow SAP is not significant enough but still is free money
Any idea how much they offer in Grow SAP? Or any past numbers?
Depends on your level
