dont work at Bosch in US

Bosch is a german based company that is a good job if in germany, but in the IN THE USA… for being such a big company & having so much in sales, they dont follow traditional promotion levels, it takes super long to move the chains and you have a better chance of moving up by leaving for a while and coming back besides that, the salaries are way below AVG in every role. AVG PM - 60-70k AVG SWE - 70-80k To make over 100k you must be a SENIOR and that in itself takes 4-6 YEARS and some people dont even get promoted to that level. WLB is great though but besides that avoid.
