Chances of FAANG offer (or similar TC company) going through HR, Thinkful, or Codesmith?
I have a great resume as it stands. Ivy MBA, have worked for Goldman, and a Special Operations Veteran. Curious if I make a career change if it's realistic to expect one of these bootcamps to land me in a FAANG. Realistically what would starting comp be if possible? Alternatively, would it be possible to be hired into a company who would pay for one of these bootcamps? TC: 190k
I’ve seen it happen, it’s possible. You just need the correct set of circumstances to line up for you, meaning: it’ll be a numbers game. Apply a lot and don’t get too attached to any one opportunity. Get the skills first. Most, if not all, of these companies will not be interested in training you if you can’t provide value on day one.
If you have top secret then Amazon is interested. We have a developmental program specifically for cleared folks who don’t have the tech skills.

No active security clearance. Previously had TS expired in 2019
