Are RSU refreshers and cash bonus both included in annual comp in addition to base salary? current TC 510k at Google Contemplating a move to snap at L6 #snap
Performance grants are given after each review which happens after every quarter. Someone already said what % and the unique part that it's based on your salary+annual target. The grant is in stocks vested over a year. Refreshers are granted every quarter for the next 3 years (the initial grant is for 3 years). You're not given a refresher for that quarter in 3 years if you have do not meets (bottom 5%).
so with a base of $280k and annual equity grant of $280k, I could expect 6.25% of $560k every quarter if I do well?
