Interviewing for engineering roles at this company and wanted to which might be a better choice if I get multiple offers I suppose work culture is good in all cases. Do Carta and Airtable have much upside left ? For folks from Lyft / Remitly - are there business initiatives that are not very public I guess which you think will work great for the company going forward Lyft / Airtable / Remitly seem to be fully remote and Carta will be hybrid it seems . Fully remote will be good to have. Remitly pay seems good per levels.fyi and the role might have more ownership and the recruiter already mentioned they are ready restart PERM immediately. Also interested to know from folks on H1B working for these companies. I would like my new employer to restart GC process asap / immediately on hire seeing the recent jump in EB2 dates. Have I140 from previous employer. What is the timeline these companies started / restarted PERM . Anybody face any issues ? I will be asking recruiters about it too TC - $190K + paper money Edit : Would love to know your reason for what ever poll option you choose, in the comments. Thank you #tech #airtable #carta #lyft #interviews #engineering

Airtable is remote for SWE?
I had spoken to them a couple of months ago for a different role and that team was pretty much all remote. so I kind of assumed the same for this role, but will confirm with them again.
I see, would love to know if you find out!
