MS Azure networking vs Flipkart
Hi all, I have recently joined flipkart about a month back as sde 1. However I've got offer from Microsoft Azure networking team Bangalore. Please suggest if I should take MS offer or not. YOE - 1.2 yrs TC (flipkart) - 21lpa (base) +2.1( variable) + 6.25 lpa(vested over 4 yrs) TC - microsoft : 22lpa (base) +0-20 percent of base( variable pay) + 55k $(vested over 4 yrs equally) Please help. Also I'm already not liking the wlb at Flipkart. So would want to know if MS is better that way. #flipkart #microsoft #azure #software #engineering #swe #help#sde PS. Urgent help needed. Microsoft would have better work as well as be more beneficial to your career in the long run. Fromm a WLB perspective, not all teams in Microsoft have good WLB. Not aware of the situation in Azure networking specifically. Apart from work, Flipkart has other issues such as low hikes and promotions currently. Hence Microsoft wins by far. Stupid question. Who the fuck work at FK, only lossers who can't get an offer from MS. MS stock is booming, if u get 50- 60k USD of stock it will be a lot money after couple of years
