MS PM interview
Those who have experienced the MS PM interview process, pl help understand how a round of 45-60mins is structured typically? If it starts off with a lets say 2 behavioral questions, then a system design one, then it means we have to be fast in answering it within ~20 mins so does that mean that we make our framework shorter (clarification, goal, user, pain pts, sol, prioritization, tradeoffs, metrics etc.)??? Interview lined up this week for principal PM.

No structure, every team has own pm interview process. Do expect technical design questions- pm at MS are technically sound. Gave 4 pm interview rounds last month
