MS in Analytics or Distributed Systems

Experience - 3 YOE TC - 22 LPA + 2000 RSU Domain - Big Data and Backend I have mostly worked on creating Platforms using Big Data Stack. I have used Spark, Kafka, Spring Boot and Python Ecosystems (Flask, Django, TF-Serving etc). Is it advisable for me to do an MS in Analytics or Distributed Systems? I want to go work in the USA (stupid dream). I have 8.1/10 GPA from Tier-I college. My branch was Earth Science Engineering but I took a minor in Computer Science.
