How big are the balls of Google to lay off thousands and then do 70 BILLION in stock buyback?
I’m currently working at Amazon as A L1 associate i have my degree in Mechanical engineering but no experience I’m really standing in cross path were i have to chose between continue my MS in MBA or do a career shift .. because i know the SDE pays really well Seeking advices from the experts#product #productmanager
It depends on what you want. I am a MechE grad and now a PM at MSFT. I had a similar choice a few years ago, and I have chosen a PM role, but mostly because I didn't have time to become a good SDE. If you are interested, I would try a junior PM position at Microsoft in some devices-related org (or not). If you feel unhappy there, you can move into an SDE role within Microsoft.
What’s the avg pay for both roles ?
