I have no idea what this means for current employees tho tbh. Say I am L61, what are my specific benefits from this change? Any guru can comment?
Dude same 𤣠So theyâre doubling payroll and 25% increasing RSUs. Does that mean my base doubles and my RSU grants increase by 25%? It reads like that but I highly doubt thatâs whatâs actually happening lol
They are âalmost doublingâ the merit increase budget. But honestly, given the high inflation and market wage increase, itâs not a big change. Curious - can someone list out the new stock range per level? Interested in 65, 66
Doubling merit budget means the normal annual increase (2-3%) of base will be doubled this year (so expect 4-6% instead). New stock range at L65 appears to be 0-$130k, with target of $65k. L66 is 0-$200k, with target of $100k. All this just from Microsoft blind lounge posts, but seen enough to think itâs legitimate.
64- is now 0-80k. Mid point is 40k refresher. Old midpoint was 30k
60$ per paycheck increase if you are a high performer
New max/Old max (target = max/2). Some numbers may be subject to change. 59 60: 24k/9k 61: 36k/13k 62: 42k/22k 63: 60k/34k 64: 80k/48k 65: 120k/72k 66: 200k/160k 67: 360k/300k
Whatâs the change?
Increasing stock range for < L67 I think
