In other news Amazon cleaned the bathrooms to keep engineers from going to google. “As a retention activity, we’ve shown this is one of the most effective investments we can make” said Amazon’s VP of facilities Brian Smith. “the cost per employee is less than a dollar per week, and we’ve already seen at least 3 engineers change their mind.”
To be honest, this is precisely how the one pager pitch for the toilet cleaning project will sound at Amazon. Good job.
