Currently a Senior PM @MS level 63. Moving back to India. Any advice on which other companies should I apply for which can match my compensation of internal transfer

Match USD compensation to INR ? How much % they will match usually ? Just curious as I may also planning to leave in few years

Don't go to Amazon India. I heard they have a bad work culture and really long work hours. You wouldn't want that esp if you have other people you need to take care of. Get more details around that from other people.
