I did an onsite interview at Microsoft 2.5 weeks ago. I think I did ok, but probably only a 40% chance of passing the hiring bar. I didn't hear anything from the recruiter after the interview and I sent a few follow up emails. I finally got a response today: "Our team is currently undergoing the reprioritization process with our current requisitions. Once I have an update from the team I can provide you a better update." What does this mean? TC: 110k YOE: 1
Based on my observation, it is org level reprioritization head count, all position are closed, manager fight for hc. If hm got it, the process will continue. There is not related with interview.
This sounds right. It is not totally closed and you didn't totally fail.
Freeze
Apply to other openings. Forget about that role.
What org is this in?
azure, I think core
All offers are held at least until 8/15.
Not true at all. We just hired multiple field roles
When were the offers made? Other managers on Blind are reporting that they can’t make offers until 8/15. One of them I know is in the CSU.
Hiring freeze
do they still reject during a hiring freeze? or do they just freeze all decisions?
