Just got this offer for a sales role at Microsoft Base: 165K Incentive: 165k Hire On Stock: 70K Annual Stock Allocations: 0-64K Level 63 The range they offered for this role was 150-180 base and 150-180 incentive. So your OTE is 330k? I haven’t seen a 50/50 split at Microsoft, TTE is usually about 1.75x base.
The OTE is wrong, we use a 55/45 plan.

I’m a new higher 64 and I came in at salary 165k, commission 135k, signon stock 200k, cash sign on bonus 30k
