Management without global working hours

I’ve been stretched across multiple time zones ever since I’ve been a tech lead, now in a manager role. Is there a better way to balance the long working hours or should I shop around for teams/companies that only operate in nearby time zones? Typical day: Slacks, meetings, code review, planning 7-9 Europe, India 9-noon west coast US Noon-5 attempting focus time and targeted collaboration / programming 5-7 work with west coast ICs that wake up at 10am (miss those days) TC 250k, California
