There are good books for training. Most of the YouTubers don’t have good info for training

Cross training days (CT): On the first CT day you will want to do some weight lifting. Ie single leg Deadlifts, Bulgarian squats, weighted calf raises, lunges (walking and side), goblet squat. On the 2nd CT day you will want to do more core and stability work, ie: sidesteps with resistance band, dead bugs, plank, side plank, mountain climbers, glute bridge, Copenhagen hip addiction, step-ups, bird dog, superman Don’t skip score/stability. These exercises will reduce your chance of injury.
Focus on just getting your weekly mileage in (not speed).. do your runs at a relaxed pace. This will lower your risk of injury. Running dynamic warmup exercises are also helpful to prevent injury. Always warm up with some butt-kicks, hamstring scoops, a-skips, Frankenstein walks, leg swings, and hip openers. After warming up, proceed by jogging at a relaxed pace for about 2 minutes.. you can then ease into a relaxed running pace.
