1. Leave open AI and join MS with all your buddies while earning the same salary, and continue working on the same tech and likely the same code base. 2. Leave open AI and join SF alone, in a team you know nothing about with the exact same salary and working on tech that’s years behind what you were in working on before. Hmmm tough choice indeed. Honestly, Marc must be posting this just to grab some media from the chaos. If he was serious, he would double their TCs and upgrade their roles
Well, I would say even if some OpenAI folks leave for Salesforce, they are still much smarter than you and me :)
