Hello Blind family, I am currently looking to switch job in the Bay Area. I started interviewing with Marvell as the 1st company and got an offer. Current Base: 124k Stocks: 12k vested for 4 years LTI: 12k Bonus: 10% Joining bonus: 10k New base: 135k Stocks: $35/4 ( 1 year cliff) and quarterly vesting after the 1st) Bonus : 8% Title: Senior Engineer Years of Ex: 2 years Any scope of improvement? 0 round of negotiation done. The offer is almost the same as your current pay. You can try to push more. Why are u looking for new opportunity?
I am not looking to switch but get an understanding where am I standing. I have just started exploring the market after a tapeout completion and want to come out of flash architecture.
