I am curious whether Marvell pays close to Broadcom and Qualcomm now. Curious about their director position total package and salary structure.
For new hires, offers are close to or equal to Qualcomm. But no way close to Broadcom in rsu. For existing employees, they pay peanuts.

Well, at above Sr manager level, RSU is the dominant difference.
I can say at T6 level which is technical equivalent to Director level . Non Bay area TC before stock growth is 300k. Counting stock growth is around 500k. I would guess bay area director is 350-450k total package.
If this is true for Marvell, then I would feel sorry for the company. In FAANG, it is much higher even without the stock price change.
