Base looks good for Arm G4, but with 8 YoE its possible to get G5. WLB is great, career growth is ok. DV is pretty big and hard to stand out

Arm won't give any joining except in a special circumstance. But that's a very low ball RSU... I'm sure you'll get a big bump there. Base probably is okay. Ask them and see. Let's know the final numbers pls

Did you get any updated offer ?
Negotiate with ARM on Base/Annual RSU. Ask for joining bonus if they aren’t ready to negotiate on both. ARM has better wlb and career growth compared to Marvell unless you have location preference.
