Mastercard Workday Account Deleted

I had my first round interview for SDE II at Mastercard 8 days ago. The interview went well, and she told me about how the next round would go. Didn't hear back so I emailed her today morning and didn't receive a response. I went to Mastercard's career site and tried to log in but it said my username and password was incorrect, so I tried to reset it, but I never got the email to reset it. Out of curiosity, I tried to create a new account with the same email, and it created a new account, which tells me that the old account was probably deleted?? Does anyone have any idea what's going on? Im super confused and dont have a feeling about all this #Help #Recruiter #Mastercard #Workday
