Currently in EY about to make Manager this year expecting new base to be ~145k and $10k bonus. Got an offer from Mastercard - $140k base, $15k joining bonus and no stocks. Still negotating. Pros and Cons? Thanks!
You’ll prob get a stock award on your second year with a three year vest fwiw. You’ll also prob get a 15-20 percent bonus too.
Hi , I am interested in getting into MasterCard primarily for a location switch to STL , can you pls tell me what does a Senior TPM do and how does it differ from a Lead TPM ? Last year I joined Citi as a TPM but for some personal reason will have to move to STL next year so looking to see if Mastercard can be a good fit .
I would encourage you to negotiate up both on base and if anything the one time signing bonus. We also have 167% match on 401K with no vesting which is a sweet deal.
Mastercard offered me 150k+20k sign-on bonus for Manager, software Development Engineering(level 6) and they said this is the maximum base range for level 6 in St Louis location. Is that accurate or still I have space to negotiate to 160k + 25k sign-on bonus at least?

There is definitely room in the band to negotiate however likely they will hold firm in that range to allow for growth in the role. I would ask them to come up on the base and if they can’t to increase the 1x sign on bonus. They will probs push for the latter.
