There are also fertility treatment benefits covered as well. I don't know the details of costs, but worth asking and considering when you may need the support.

What is the position
It will be 3 weeks PTO, 6-8 weeks short term disability and 12 weeks FMLA That’s it. You can use 12 weeks FMLA after being with the company with 1 year I guess. Check on that. PTO will be provided on the 1st day of joining.
