Maternity leave benefits thermo fisher
Does anyone know how much maternity leave thermo fisher provides? Glassdoor data looks outdated, don’t want to ask the recruiter. Are there any restrictions on the duration of employment before taking that leave?

In the US, Primary Caregiver - 8 weeks immediately after birth + 3 weeks of bonding leave within 6 months of birth + any PTO you have. No employment duration restrictions.

No, full salary is paid. You go on short term disability.
Just ask for the benefits booklet. It will give you more info :)
