Maternity/Paternity policies at Workday
Anyone has any idea how many weeks maternity leave workday offers? Also is it true that they have onsite childcare facilities? Which company (Apart from FB ) in Bay area would you consider best for Motherhood especially if you are in tech role.

What is workday’s maternity/paternity policy? Currently interviewing with them and this would be one of the deciding factor.
I would ask the recruiter. People leave for months but I haven't kept track of how many months

more accurately, workday offers 12 weeks of maternity/paternity that you can use at a minimum of 2 weeks at a time within 1 year of the birth/adoption.

20 weeks for mat leave after baby. Then time can be granted before if Dr. recommended. Maternity is 6-8 weeks for disability then 12 weeks for fmla. Not sure about paternity but I think 12 weeks.
Is the policy still the same in 2021? Do moms get 20 weeks for mat leave after baby? 12 weeks of new parent time off + 6-8 weeks of disability?
