I have the same offer from Mathworks. Based on my research from my friends working there you can expect around 8-10% bonus. It increases with the time spent in company.

if you leave before 6 months, it is 1 week and if you leave after it is 2 months.

Thanks for the info. Notice period here depends on the team and the direct manager. Can be negotiated if you are in good terms with your manager. People here are good and humble.
