Came across a new real estate fund that is going to rebuild homes and commercial property in Maui due to the widespread destruction. We love going there every year so this seems like a good idea beyond donating to a few charities there. Does anyone have experience investing in real estate deals they can share? I’m more of a stock market investor so this would be new for me. Curious about the good, the bad, and what typical terms look like.
Are you white.. na, let me rephrase. Are you non Indian white?
Why are you so racist, Google?
This app has some of the worst humans 🤦🏼♂️
Tech in general is a cesspool of greed and selfishness.
Agree with moodys. I can’t wait to get out of tech once I’ve saved enough m
This is truly dark
Please stick to stock market
It's a "no" for me. Native Hawaiians and locals have been pushed out of their land for ages. Home and commercial developers are the devil, and I'm not talking just in Hawaii. They cut down trees and ruin green land, build cheap half-ass homes, pay shit to illegal immigrants to construct it, treat them like shit, sell the homes for way more than it's worth, then buyer is stuck with a house that needs fixing.
That’s capitalism 101. How is different from anywhere else 🧐 ?
They’re still recovering bodies from the ocean………
How do I get in on it
I’m skeptical that this is a legit investment. Scammers like cashing in on disasters.
I hope your luxury condo is haunted by the spirits of the Hawaiian ancestors

The end of Backdoor Roth?!
Burn down the locals homes and replace them with luxury condos and a Whole Foods. Sounds like charity to me
