Breakdowns for base stock sign on would be great. Have competing initial offer from google ( TC: 235k without sign on ). Havent yet negotiated with them. Thanks all. current TC: 175k
Initial offer will be around 270-280 without sign on max can go 300-340 afaik. Add another 50-80k sign on maybe 100
For ex 180 base 300 stock 10% annual bonus
340 is already includes sign on or not? How would the breakdown for 340 like
180 base is the upper range for Sr SWEET and is for Sr's who are nearly ready for Staff. Unless there is a magical candidate I don't see this being the case for 4.5 yoe. 40-80 sign on.
That’s correct. 9 yoe here and almost staff with exact number.
It all depends what track of engineering you are also - comp is different
