That’s not fb max. I got a higher offer from fb two weeks ago. $250k/$1.5m/$100k

Apple has no target bonus/rsu refresher.. you will get some bonus but it’s not a guaranteed number. ICT5s is ISS get around 150-200K refresher. 200K is on the high end actually. This also is not guaranteed..

I am not in the job market. Please enlighten me... Is it just me? But with rising inflation, these offers would make me feel poor. Do these sound more like average offers and not high end for L6/staff? Or I am delusional and should stay grounded?
