85 lac to 1.1 cr is LMTS range for Salesforce, see if you’re lucky you might get some additional RSU this year but your salary is already in LMTS band so don’t expect significant hike moving to Salesforce.
As per linkedin, there are many ppl who have joined salesforce from faang amd hence i thought salesforce can give anything...

Will Broadcom reduce VMware base on acquisition? Broadcom typically pays this base for 15-20 yrs exp, or will the base be maintained as such
As per the agreement, first year bcom cannot reduce salaries. I think Broadcom has RSU equivalent to base or 1.5x. But VMware mostly will be 50% of base only.
Broadcom pay is much higher than vmw but they pay more stocks... Broadcom cannot reduce base but can fire ppl and hence worried
