Do not apply to Thrive Market

I found a role which was perfect - low TC but I thought I'd give them a chance. 1st red flag - they want 3-4 paragraphs and ask work-related questions on your application. Not sure why I moved fwd but I did. Spent 40 minutes filling out their nonsense, giving them free consulting and then - Red flag #2 - they auto-rejected me next day. Read their reviews - they are such a BS company. And general TLDR: 5-10 minutes per application unless it's for FAANG
