McKinsey Digital & Deloitte worth it?
Recruiter reached out for specialty role at McKinsey and digital strategy at Deloitte. I don’t have an MBA but previous digital consulting experience. What other consulting companies should I be looking at given recruiters seem interested? Also, would appreciate any info on WLB, growth opportunities, and exit options. YOE: 9 TC: 380K #consulting

Deloitte will probably offer you $135K for their catch-all role - Senior Consultant... If you give the recruiter your current TC, they will faint as only Directors make this much after minimum 15-20 years or so at the firm
I can’t see you making the same TC at Deloitte. Could be wrong though.
At your TC, I really doubt you will get that at McK digital I have less than 1 year here so much different scenario, but I currently make about half of you in a Senior role
