Hey Guys, Recently got an offer from Mckinsey for their ClietTech department for SSE. 155 base, 10% bonus, plus benefits. Can folks from McKinsey ClientTech dept comment on this offer. The offer seems standard, the pension plan should be 7.5%. You can negotiate on signon bonus, other things seem pretty much standard
