I agree! Wonder what would be the equivalent salary for a programming job with similar parameters (YOE, job level, etc) probably would be close in tech
Well at Intel, SWE has about 10% higher pay, but Intel is known to underpay, especially in the Bay Area (for Oregon, Intel is reasonable); someone of my level there would easily be $400k+ at FANG.
