I am a mechanical engineer with 2 yoe. I aspired to work for Apple since my undergraduate so I have worked veey hard to built my resume in these two years. Got ‘exceptional’ ratings in my PMP’s, aggressive promitions, patent filed, saved millions in materials cost saving through design changes etc. Started of as an engineer but was promoted to lead an NPI project. I have proven record of delivery in these two years of full-time job after graduation and 3 years of internship experience (part time during school). I have also worked in evenings to get certifications like manufacturing processes, lean six sigma, tolerance stack etc. The question is that since I didn’t got to a top tier school, or have a MS, or 5+ yoe how do I get an interview with Apple for EPM, TPM, or mechanical design engineer positions? All I want is an interview.... YoE: 2 TC: $90-95K #tech #hardware #interview #Apple
Honestly reaching out to recruiters or hiring managers who is directly hiring gets you best shot. I connect with mostly with ME managers in LinkedIn, and had fair share of luck getting calls through them or their suggestions to connect with someone else hiring. Good luck!
